I had been entertaining the idea of doing Star Wars cupcakes since I first discovered fondant… finally, I got to it! Had a blast creating these toppers out of fondant and patience…the hardest one was Darth Vader! Not totally happy with how he came out but I have r2d2 to compensate 😀
The cakes were mango vanilla with cream cheese frosting and fondant toppers.
