Mango cake with mango marshmallow frosting! What more to ask… 

These came out very mango-y and sweet. I used McCormick mango flavour (bought in the Philippines) and was a bit afraid of getting a synthetic flavour (happened to me once with orange flavour, yuck…) but I have to say that they were delicious and tasted like real mango.

With the frosting, I explain before what happened while trying to use mango marshmallows microwaved and how I would do it next time. I actually have a few more “exotic” marshmallows to give it a try so hopefully I’ll have a post on the results soon!
