Wow, so it’s like nearly 40 degrees here in Melbourne (Celsius!!) and I wanted to bake… and then I wanted not to bake myself! So I made penguins cupcakes with “arctic” icing! However it was so hot that the penguins begun to “sweat” when I was taking the pictures!! Oh well, makes sense!

I made these using a penguin ice tray. I’m thrilled about using ice trays for chocolate; they come out great… just go on to Ebay and get yourself some cute designs, fill them with chocolate, to the fridge and you are pretty much done!
